Simpl is built and supported by one person in Cape Town. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. You email me, and I answer.
Locked out of your vault?
Use your 12-word recovery phrase on the lock screen to set a new password. It also opens your backups. I cannot reset it for you, and that is what makes the encryption real.
Lost the recovery phrase too?
Restore from a backup file, or sync from another device you are still signed in on. Email me and I will walk you through it.
Billing, refunds or receipts
Payments run through Paddle. Your receipt has a billing-portal link for cards and cancellations, or I can sort it for you.
Does Simpl meet e‑invoicing rules in my country?
Simpl makes its own PDF invoices. It does not file them through a government e‑invoicing system, which countries like Italy, India, Brazil, Mexico and Saudi Arabia require. If that applies where you are, Simpl will not meet it on its own. Ask your accountant or tax authority if you are not sure.
